ISL Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation of Registration for an Online Module:
registration deadline is 7 days prior to the posted commencement date of the module
cancellation of registration prior to deadline results in a (1) 95% refund or (2) credit for a future module
cancellation of registration after the deadline and before the commencement date of the module results in a (1) 50% refund or (2) credit for a future module
cancellation of registration after the commencement date of the module results in a credit for a future module where ISL accepts the reason
Participants must direct an email to inquiries@ischoolleadership.com to
initiate cancellation
Cancellation of Registration for an Onsite Session:
registration deadline is set for each event and posted in the registration information
cancellation of registration prior to deadline results in a 95% refund
cancellation of registration after the deadline and 30 days before the event date results in a 50% refund
cancellation of registration after commencement of the event results in a 0% refund
Confirmation of an onsite event will be issued on the day following the published, registration deadline. Participants are encouraged to receive confirmation from ISL prior to committing to any travel and accommodation arrangements. ISL will not be held responsible for travel and accommodation costs
Participants must direct an email to inquiries@ischoolleadership.com to
initiate cancellation.
Where ISL cancels:
With online modules, the registrant will be offered a different module, a future module, or a 100% refund
With onsite events, the registrant will be offered a 100% refund of the registration fee. ISL will not be held responsible for travel and accommodation costs.
