Description:
Meet “The Bombast”, “The Specialist”, “The Naysayer”, and “The P.A.W” (a.k.a. the passive aggressive weasel). These are four specific personas that challenge school leaders in their efforts to sustain school improvement. Unfortunately, leaders rarely have the opportunity to choose the people with whom they work; therefore, it is critical for leaders to understand effective approaches in managing these individuals and to develop the associated skills. School leaders may find challenging conversations with all, however, these four personas require a broader, deeper, more strategic approach.
