ENACTING SCHOOL-LEVEL LEADERSHIP PRACTICES
Jurisdictions around the world use a collection of practices to define effective instructional school leadership. These practices are somewhat universal in content and reflect worldwide research. In this web conference, Dr. Ken Leithwood, a world-renowned researcher and author, will address key questions from school leaders about how to more effectively enact these instructional leadership practices:
• What are these ‘universal’ practices and actions?
• What personal characteristics enhance our ability to enact these practices?
• How do we put this knowledge into action to improve our practice? • How does ‘context’ affect our ability to enact these practices?
