How To Complement Your Leadership Training?

Understanding the unique challenges with international schools.

Our newly released Leading International Schools Certificate has been designed to complement the International School Leadership Certificate course or any principal training and licensing programs such as the Ontario Principals’ Qualification Program.  In an effort to highlight global best practices, this program focuses on the unique leadership challenges associated with international schools and is geared to support any school leader towards a vision of excellence.

All program instructors have extensive experience in leading international schools and bring forth their knowledge, skills and connections to this unique program.  The first course module focuses on The Nature of International Schools, what is “internationalism” and the vase diversity of these systems and models. The second course module, Leading and Managing International Schools, examines real world case studies on practical matters associated with leading international schools.
